These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Lunetron Upskill, an e-learning platform operated by Lunetron Web Services LLP, a technology company based in Bengaluru, India. By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, fraud, sharing of paid course access, or violation of these Terms.

• Enrollment in a paid course or learning-path bundle is granted only after successful payment confirmation.
• Course access is for personal, individual learning use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
• We may update course content, curriculum, or instructors over time to keep material current, without reducing the overall value of the course.
• Access to a purchased course is available for as long as the course remains part of our active catalog, through your Lunetron Upskill dashboard.

All payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments (cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets). We do not store your full card or UPI credentials on our servers. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. For refund eligibility, see our Refund Policy.

A certificate of completion is issued only after you finish 100% of a course's modules, projects, and assessments. Certificates carry a unique verification code and QR code, and can be independently verified by anyone at any time via our public certificate verification page. Certificates are non-transferable and remain the property of Lunetron Web Services LLP.

All course content, videos, source code samples, assignments, branding, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to Lunetron Web Services LLP. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, publicly share, or create derivative works from course content without our prior written permission.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited: sharing your account or paid course access with others, attempting to download or redistribute course videos outside the platform, reverse engineering the platform, and any activity that disrupts or compromises the security of the service.

Lunetron Upskill is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep the platform reliable and course content accurate, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including job placement outcomes, which depend on multiple factors beyond course completion. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course or bundle.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team; this does not entitle you to a refund except as described in our Refund Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
